The Race In The AL Central

The Chicago White Sox had a chance during last night’s game against the Cleveland Indians to take over the second place spot in the AL Central. Unfortunately for the Sox, they came up short. Tonight, the two teams will face off again. The Indians and White Sox are both chasing the Tigers for the first place spot in a race that will likely prove to be battled out until the end. Call Him Dunn

Players and teams strive to make history, but not all history is good history. Case in point, Adam Dunn. The Designated Hitter (yes, you read that right) for the Chicago White Sox is on his way of having the lowest batting average in modern history. Dunn currently has a batting average of .163. Another Yankee Record

The New York Yankees continue their quest for first in the AL East during tonight’s game against the Chicago White Sox. Last night’s game proved to be a monumental game with Mark Teixeira setting a record by homering from both sides of the plate in a single game for the 12th time. Pretty impressive!
