Diamondbacks Looking to End Bad Luck

In the final matchup of a four game series, Arizona Diamondbacks will face the Washington Nationals in an attempt to extend their lead in the NL West. The Diamondbacks have won two of the three games played against the Nationals this series. These wins come after dropping a season high six straight games to the Phillies, Atlanta, and Washington. The Diamondbacks appear to have been struggling over the past weeks and may continue to struggle during today’s game as Nationals’ pitcher, John Lannan, tries for a fourth consecutive victory against the Diamondbacks.
